Welcome to YourChildsStory.com ("we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing or using any of our personalized story products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Description

YourChildsStory creates customized children's stories in illustrated video format, incorporating details you provide (such as the child's name, appearance, age, location, and interests). All stories include voiceovers and original visuals using a mix of human creativity and AI-assisted tools. Video and story will be between 3 and 4 ½ minutes long.

2. Ownership & Usage Rights

All story content—including scripts, illustrations, voiceovers, and videos—are owned by YourChildsStory and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

• Share your purchased story privately with friends and family.

• Download and enjoy the video or illustrations across personal devices.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or modify the content for commercial use.

• Claim ownership of any creative assets.

A Full Rights License is available if you wish to own and distribute your custom story commercially. Please contact us at hello@yourchildsstory.com for licensing details and pricing.

3. Payment & Delivery

Payment is required at the time of purchase. You will receive a customization form after checkout. Once the form is completed, your personalized video or book will be delivered via email within 5–10 business days (or sooner subject to demand). We may post videos on our website and YouTube channel. All videos are available to be posted on our YouTube at your request.

4. Refunds & Revisions

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we offer up to one round of minor revisions (such as name pronunciation corrections or typo fixes). Further edits may incur a fee.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (e.g., child’s name, interests). By submitting this content, you grant YourChildsStory the right to use it solely to fulfill your order.
